E401 Class Management

This module is designed to introduce the students to the knowledge of Class Management. Special emphasis is put to explain the concept of "management” and classroom management, explain the qualities of a good teacher, explain and differentiate between instructional and managerial activities, respond positively to the classroom situations.

In addition, this module also will put emphasis to explain the principles of classroom management, explain the types of classroom management (classroom management style), explain strategies and techniques of classroom management, be flexible in lesson plan formulation and implementation, anticipate problems and develop solutions well ahead of the time in the classroom encounters and deal effectively with the students, bearing in mind their performance to obtain results rather than follow duties.
